2016 Plum Princess & Attendants crowned

The 2016 Plum Princess and her attendants were crowned at a glittering Plum Blossom event on Sunday held at the Angel Hotel, Pershore.  Following an exceptionally close run competition,   the victors emerged as;

Plum Princess – 10 year old Caitlin Hall who attends Holy Redeemer Catholic School in Pershore , and her attendants were:  9 year old Brooke Quiney and 8 year old Lilly Attwood

Alan Holder, Vice Chair of the Plum Festival Committee and organiser of the Plum Blossom Sunday event said that he was delighted with the number of entries that were received, and grateful thanks must go to everyone concerned with the ongoing success of this event.  The Angel Hotel for hosting it, all the girls and their families for  taking the time to enter, the entertainers who provided a plethora of amazing music and song throughout the day and all the judges who included Festival Ambassador Henry Sandon MBE – who had the unenviable task of choosing this years Festival representatives
