‘The King of the Waltz,’ André Rieu celebrates 30 years since the formation of the Johann Strauss Orchestra in this Maastricht Concert.

Known to millions as ‘The King of the Waltz’ Dutch violinist André Rieu’s annual Maastricht concert is one of the most eagerly anticipated events of the year. The 2017 concert holds special significance, as it marks 30 years since André formed the Johann Strauss Orchestra.

Set against the stunning medieval backdrop of André’s hometown, the concert will feature the maestro with his famous 60-piece Johann Strauss Orchestra, sopranos, tenors and very special guests. Join André for an unforgettable musical experience full of humour, fun and emotion for all ages.
